Our Indirapuram centre is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays. For phone & WhatsApp queries, the same hours apply — though we try to respond to messages even on Sunday evenings.
Phone calls during centre hours are answered immediately. WhatsApp messages are usually replied to within 1–2 hours during the day. Email queries are answered within 24 hours — often much faster.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during centre hours. However, if you'd like a detailed counselling session with one of our directors or want to book a demo class, we recommend calling ahead so we can set aside dedicated time for you.
Yes, completely free and no commitment. Your child sits in a real ongoing class (not a one-on-one sales session), meets our faculty, and gets an honest assessment of where they stand. We only ask you to register so we can plan classroom space.
Yes to both. Merit-based scholarships of up to 25% are available after a short entry assessment. We also offer easy 2-instalment and 3-instalment payment plans at no extra cost. Sibling discounts (10% on the second child) are available too. Exact details are shared during the counselling call.
